1. The 7-Day Action-Based Refund Guarantee

At STARK Futures Academy, we hold our mentorship and educational delivery to the highest standard. We offer a strict, action-based conditional refund policy valid only for the first seven (7) calendar days, starting from the date of your first scheduled live class.

A refund may only be requested within this 7-day window if you can objectively demonstrate:

  • Deficiency in Mentorship: The teaching quality drastically deviates from the promised curriculum and professional standards.
  • Missing Deliverables: The academy fails to provide the promised class recordings, daily assignments, or learning materials required for your skill development.

Note: Dissatisfaction due to the complexity of the market, the inability to understand Bookmap software immediately, or personal trading losses do not constitute a deficiency in mentorship.

2. Mandatory Eligibility (The "Proof of Work" Clause)

This is not a “no-questions-asked” refund policy. To protect our proprietary curriculum from piracy, students must demonstrate full commitment. A refund request will be categorically denied unless the student meets ALL of the following criteria:

  • 100% Verifiable Attendance: You must have attended every single live class conducted during the 7-day period. Attendance is strictly verified via our internal server and meeting logs (Zoom/Google Meet). Joining for only a few minutes does not count as attendance.
  • Completed Coursework: You must have completed and submitted all assignments given by the mentor during that week, strictly within the provided deadlines.

3. Strictly Non-Refundable Scenarios

To protect our intellectual property and maintain fairness, no refunds will be granted under any circumstances if:

  • The 7-day conditional window has expired.
  • You fail to meet the mandatory attendance and assignment submission criteria outlined in Section 2.
  • You are removed from the program due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions (e.g., sharing login credentials, community misconduct, or unauthorized distribution of proprietary materials).
  • Your refund request pertains to third-party costs outside of our control (e.g., Bookmap software licenses, prop firm evaluation fees, or live market losses).

4. Official Request Process

Refund requests will not be entertained over phone calls, social media DMs, or WhatsApp. To initiate a valid request, you must email contact@starkfuturesacademy.com within the 7-day window.

  • The email must include your full name, proof of payment, and the specific deliverables or assignments you believe were not provided.

5. Anti-Fraud & Chargeback Abuse Policy

By completing a purchase on our website, you legally agree to abide by this Refund Policy and agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or disputes with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment gateway (e.g., Razorpay, Stripe).

  • If a chargeback or payment dispute is initiated outside the parameters of this policy, your access to STARK Futures Academy will be immediately permanently suspended.
  • Fraudulent chargebacks will be aggressively disputed. We will submit your IP address, digital server attendance logs, assignment submission records, and your digitally signed acceptance of this policy to the payment gateway and banking authorities to reverse the chargeback.

6. Refund Processing Timeline

If a refund is successfully approved under our guarantee:

  • Access to the learning management system (LMS), live sessions, and community groups will be immediately revoked.
  • The refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days.
  • The amount will only be credited back to the original method of payment used during enrollment.
