1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the website www.starkfuturesacademy.com, enrolling in any training program, or utilizing our software skill development services, you are entering into a legally binding agreement with Weston International Management Consultancy Private Limited (“the Company”). If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our website or services.

2. Scope of Services (Skill Development Only)

STARK Futures Academy provides strictly educational training, software UI/UX navigation coaching (specifically for Bookmap and associated orderflow platforms), and market data analysis skill development.

  • We do not act as a broker, proprietary trading firm, or financial advisory service.
  • We do not execute trades on behalf of students, nor do we provide direct investment advice, stock recommendations, or trading tips.
  • We do not guarantee funding, the passing of third-party evaluations, or financial profits.

3. Intellectual Property & Copyright Anti-Piracy

All curriculum, video lectures, live session recordings, PDF guides, strategies, and proprietary frameworks provided by STARK Futures Academy are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company.

  • Upon enrollment, you are granted a single-user, personal, non-transferable license to access the materials for your own education.
  • Strict Prohibition: You may not record, screenshot, download, share, redistribute, or resell our materials. Any unauthorized sharing or piracy will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account without a refund, and will invite aggressive legal action under applicable Indian copyright laws.

4. User Conduct & Account Suspension

The Company reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the curriculum and live market sessions, without refund, if you engage in:

  • Sharing your login credentials with third parties or accessing the platform from unusually high numbers of IP addresses.
  • Disruptive, abusive, or unprofessional behavior during live sessions or within community groups.
  • Initiating fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes that violate our official Refund Policy.

5. Third-Party Platforms & Software

Our curriculum trains students on how to analyze data using third-party software (e.g., Bookmap) and how to navigate third-party simulated evaluation platforms. The Company has no administrative control over these external entities.

  • We are not responsible for any technical failures, rule changes, account bans, or financial losses incurred on these third-party platforms.
  • Any costs associated with third-party software licenses or evaluation fees are the sole responsibility of the student and are completely independent of STARK Futures Academy’s tuition fees.

6. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms, the website, or our educational services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kerala.
